Presley turned 3 at the beginning of the year, but we were just getting home from a few weeks in Washington, getting Chad back to school, unpacking 6 suitcases & getting back into our normal routine. I decided that we would have our party on a Saturday & after asking Presley about having a birthday party – she said she wanted to have a ‘princess party’. So we went with lots of pinks & a little bit of every princess. We invited all our friends & even went all out and got a bounce house. We went back and forth on getting the bounce house & I’m so glad we ended up getting it. It is pretty much the ONLY thing all the kids did. It was awesome – it was like a free (or $100) babysitter! We had a crepe bar for the adults & then a big princess themed snack table for the kids; oh and 100 balloons Chad and I blew up. Towards the end of the party, my Aunt and some cousins stopped by, and my cousin was dressed as Belle! I wish I took pictures of the girls faces when they saw her. Presley has literally not stopped talking about it for the past week and a half. Every single day, “member yeserday when belle came to my birday party?!” – It was incredible. They had the biggest eyes and just starred at everything she did – they were mesmerized with her. (Totally don’t know how to repay her for being the ultimate party attendee) So, heres a bunch of pictures I snapped during the party:
Nobody broke any bones in the bounce house, I think there was only meltdown & Presley was spoiled rotten with company and presents. Definitely a win/win.
Thanks for stopping by today! Enjoy your weekend! XO
