This last week I hosted a big ‘Girls/Moms Night in’ at my house & we had so much fun I thought I’d share some quick and easy thoughts on how to host the perfect Girls Night In at your own place! This is such a great way to help your friends and neighbors escape their routines & to have a little adult relax time – it is also an incredible way to meet some new friends while also spending time with your current ones! So, here is how easy it is to host your own….
First: DVR or save to Hulu one of the crowd favorite shows. For us, I chose The Bachelorette because even though James Taylor is gone, JoJo still has 4 amazing guys who all must have the same stylist & could be brothers – so we definitely had to see if we could finally tell them apart. I’m joking. Luke all the way – do you have a favorite? No spoilers people!
Second: Make it cozy! I wanted all the Girls/Moms to get away from their To-Do lists and worries so I made sure the area we were hanging out in was totally clean, smelled delicious & I had candles and essential oils set up so that everyone felt relaxed, cozy & spoiled. I also hid away tons of Presleys toys so we weren’t tripping on blocks or tiny little chairs & Shopkins.
Next: Activity – If you are hosting a girls night that you want them to talk about, you’ve got to have an activity! Whether its creating your own succulent planters, painting on canvas, doing nail designs – you want something to help the girls relax and pamper themselves. We made our own shirts with heat iron vinyl and I’ll be sharing a post all about that soon.
Last, but definitely not least. Food! I set up a small table before everyone arrived & decorated it with some OREO signature colors & of course, we had lots of milk to compliment the cookies & martini glasses work PERFECT for OREO dipping. The new OREO Thins are thin, delicate, delicious and there are flavors for everyone! From the original to mint, or golden to lemon – you name it. I wanted these Moms who work SO hard day in and day out to be spoiled for a night & lets just say, I wasn’t left with that many cookies….
I found all the flavors of OREO Thins at my local Fry’s. I usually visit Fry’s once or twice a week to buy fresh fish & the absolute best produce – so this trip we just wandered over to the snack and cookie isle….and then over to Home Decor & the candle isle sucks me in every time.
So, there you have it. Super easy & then you can pat yourself on the back for helping all those girls and moms fill up their cups for the week. Moms, you deserve to spoil yourself with a tall glass of milk, some OREO Thins & a good book, or tv show in my case – so get out there and DO IT.

Thanks for stopping by, have an amazing week- But the real question is; What OREO Thins flavor will you be spoiling yourself with this week?
