I am so excited to be sharing my new office space pictures with you today! This has been such a fun (and stressful) project to be working on. Several months ago I enrolled in an Interior Design School and can officially call myself a student! I am loving the course so far & have felt the incredible calmness of my decision & the happiness it brings me when I think about my future. I have no idea why it took me so long to decide on this career path but I can honestly say that it’s given me so much purpose and happiness already! Because the course requires a lot of drafting, color work & a big space to work on layouts, sizing, etc.; I decided a new office was in order. Are your ready for this crazy before & after?
This was my half of the office before: Looks like a super productive space right?
Wow right? I spotted this gorgeous ALL NEW Hewlett Packard PC at Walmart and it inspired this space & a clean minimalistic look so I got right to work! The PC is perfect for my school requirements and makes being a part-time (at night when my child is sleeping) student that much easier. The PC is not only amazing to keep up with what I ask it, but affordable – just like this entire makeover was! A coat of paint, some wood & piping tied everything in here together & it is such an amazing relaxing place to study.
The 20 All-In-One PC is great for a family computer. From designing home layouts, gaming, to surfing the web. The PC can be found at Walmart here & features the latest processors and plenty of storage. The new design, fun color & overall shape make it aesthetically gorgeous & completely affordable for every family and after hundreds of family reviews it has gotten better and better!
I have been on it every single day and love everything about it so far. It’s got lots of space for all my pictures & works amazing with my editing and Interior Design layouts and projects. Since the computer inspired this office makeover, I thought I’d share how easy it was to put together my tall table!
We stopped by our local hardware store and picked up a bunch of 2×4’s that could be cut in half to make a long depth table. I’ll say this was the easy part because I didn’t have to do any of it! The husband stepped in and offered to cut, plain and glue the pieces all together.
After they were glued together I spent a day (or two) sanding them all to have a flat surface & then we headed back to the store to get piping. Chad handled all the measurements and we pieced everything together while we were at the store to make sure it was all even and sitting high enough.
Then we brought the piping home and added it to the table. Next step is to clean and paint the pipe. I decided to stain the table & then got to sit back and marvel at how gorgeous it turned out.
Now, I’m off to study & work on a layout for a family room. Let me know if you have any questions & don’t forget to stop by your local Walmart to check out the brand new Hewlett-Packard PCs!
If you like your HP computer like my family does, be sure to visit Walmart to share your thoughts!
