Did you catch my post a few days ago about visiting all the Missions in San Antonio? I’m pretty sure that was my favorite part of our trip, I absolutely love seeing old architecture like the Missions and to read about all the history that happened at that exact spot. The missions were gorgeous and a perfect free activity to do while visiting, but we also visited the Alamo, the San Fernando Cathedral & Sea World while we were in town! I loved walking through the Alamo and wished you were allowed to take photos inside because it was gorgeous. I loved how respectful everyone was inside & that it is quiet and peaceful. You can read about what happened at the Alamo here.
The San Fernando Cathedral was incredibly gorgeous and I probably could have sat in front of it and read a book for hours if we had the time. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous & walking through it was spectacular. At night, pictures are projected on it and I wish that we could have made it to one of those because from pictures online it looks incredible!
Of course, we had to visit Sea World for Presley girl. She was battling a fever the entire weekend in San Antonio but still managed to have a great time at the park. This poor girl is such a tough cookie – she is so used to being sick that is hardly phases her anymore. I hope that in the next few months having her Tonsils/Adenoids removed will end up being worth it and she will not be sick as often! You know your kid isn’t feeling good when they fall asleep right when you get to Sea World!
I smushed some clips together (I reallllllly want to get better at making videos) and here is the result. Thanks for stopping by today and following along on our adventures!
