EXPLORE ARIZONA – Sedona Camping and Town

7 May 2017 by Tausha Leave a Comment

Right before we left for a week in the Dominican Republic we spent the weekend camping in Sedona. Since we are back, and unpacking from our trip, and packing for our upcoming move - I figured I would sit down and try to get all my info out and organize pictures before I forget all the amazing memories we've made. My memory has a very short time span, which is why I think I love blogging so much - ... Read the Post

Explore Arizona – Camelback Mountain (Scottsdale)

26 February 2017 by Tausha Leave a Comment

I think Camelback Mountain is technically in 'Phoenix' but I'm pretty sure it's a Scottsdale hike. It is rated as Difficult and it definitely earns its rating. It has a huge elevation gain, rocks to climb up, drop offs and there is no shade so it's bloody hot regardless of when you do it. It's 3 miles roundtrip but feels like a billion and your legs will be so stinking sore the next few days. But ... Read the Post

Explore Arizona – Inner Basin (Flagstaff)

4 October 2016 by Tausha 1 Comment

We got to talking & I found out that she was planning on taking her family up to Flagstaff for some photos & being that we had an open weekend quickly volunteered to take their pictures so we could camp together! Of course the hubbies were on board and ... Read the Post

Almost flipped when I found out this was going to Almost flipped when I found out this was going to be a short series on Netflix (it’s out now) because this book was a TOP favorite of mine this past year. It starts off slow but at the end you will sit up straight in bed (because you’ll have to finish it and it’s always at 2am) and say “WHAT THE FRICK” because the ending is THAT good.

This canyon is a stream fossil: carved by a stream that flowed under the ice during the last glacial period (circa 15,000 years ago). Pretty incredible to see in person, pictures could never do this place justice. #busdelbuson #belluno #wanderingwierlos

THREE years ago today my sweet boy went missing. N THREE years ago today my sweet boy went missing. Not a single day has gone been where I didn’t think of him.....and for me, the unknown is the worst. We still don’t know if he is in a safe home, if he died that night, or after. It just breaks my heart to think he wasn’t surrounded by love in his final moments. Miss you Dexxy “brother” 🐾🌈
